Nights of Greek Creation

The Music and Cultural Creation Association “HDYLI” launches a series of events titled “Nights of Greek creations” aiming at the emergence of Greek artistic creation, old and modern, with its varied and multidimensional expressions.

In this context, on 26 and 27 May 2018, invites the historic and award-winning male “Choir of Emporiki Bank” (founded in 1964) for a joint choral partnership, nine years after the last choral visit to the island.

The Choir of Emporiki Bank will sing popular and favorite Greek and foreign songs of the 20th century under the direction of maestro Stavros Beris, while the Choir Hdyli will present polyphonic works by Greek composers from different seasons as well as polyphonic works of traditional songs under the direction of George Koumaradiou.
