Tourism meets local production.
Celebration of vine harvest and Moustalevria (= dessert of grape must).
AT MAIN ROUTE OF SAMOS TOWN
In a three-day event (10, 11 & 12 August), in specially designed areas, on the coastal road of Samos city, there will be significant local products such as Wine, Honey, Olive Oil, Ouzo, Liqueur, Herbs, Organic Fruits and Vegetables, Snails , Marmalades and sweets, sauces and more.

19.00: Start Time
20.15: Welcome Vice-Chief.
20.20: Presentation of local products by the journalist Margarita Ikariou.
20.30: Celebration of vine harvest and Moustalevria (dessert of grape must). Cultural event for vine harvest, traditional pressing of grapes (with bare feet) in 25 sq.m winegrower.
21.15: Presentation of Moustalevria (dessert of grape must) recipe, by Samian housewives.
22.00: Master Class by the chefs : Miltos Karouba, Tassos Protopsalti and Vangelis Bilimas.
