Summer Concert of Vathilos Philharmonic

“Vathilos Antonis Gerohristodoulou” Philharmonic Orchestra organizes its summer concert at Pythagoras Square at Samos town, on Tuesday 21 August, starting at 21:00.

The evening will be dedicated to the teacher, Antonis Gerohristodoulou, who will be honored by the North Aegean Region.

The concert includes the Samian performers, Tsakania Dimitra, Panagakis Panagiotis, Aggelika Irini. In addition, the violinist Eleni Perri will be participating with her students, the excellent pianist Dimitris Perris, the virtuoso holder of a doctorate in the clarinet Spyros Marinis as well Dimitris Prapas.

The Philharmonic will interpret Greek successes of great Greek artists such as: Mimis Plessas, Yorgos Mouzakis, Stavros Xarhakos, Manos Hadjidakis etc. as well as foreign melodies such as La Vita e Bella, Pink Panther, The House of the Rising Sun, Oye Como Va. a.
